How to use
These are handy bottles to have at home on your work desk or next to your bed. You can also carry them around in your pocket or bag whilst you are on the go! Use them whenever you feel off- balance.
Simply roll the formula onto your pulse points, this can be your wrists and/or behind your ears. After applying, gently rub the inside of the wrists together in a slow circular motion to release the aroma. Bring your wrists close to your nose and take a moment to Inhale deeply for a few seconds (in through the nose and out through the mouth) to enjoy the benefits of the oils.
Why do we apply the oil to our pulse points?
Pulse points are specific areas where the blood vessels are close to the surface of the skin. The pulse is a pulsation of the beating of the heart.
It is recommended to apply the oils to the pulse points because this is where the blood pumps closest to the skin which means faster absorption of the essential oils into the bloodstream and quicker theraputic benefits.
